Request data deletion
PrepJet uses pseudonymous identifiers for usage, purchase verification, and diagnostics. You can ask us to delete records associated with your app installation.
How to make a request
- On Android, open PrepJet’s Profile and tap Copy support ID. This action is also available on the Pro screen. On iPhone, contact us for help locating your record.
- Email aaryan@widgetworks.in with the subject PrepJet Data Deletion. Include your support ID and tell us which records you want removed.
- We will confirm the matching records and help complete your request. We may ask for an additional app or diagnostic identifier if necessary. Never send a password, payment-card number, or security code.
What can be deleted
We can remove the PrepJet usage profile, associated analytics events, and purchase-access records that we can identify from your request, subject to records we must retain for legal or operational obligations. Deleting a purchase-access record may require you to restore your store purchase to use paid features again. We will explain any information that must be retained and the reason when we respond.
Study history on your phone
Your answers, saved questions, goals, and streaks are stored on your device. On Android, use Settings → Apps → PrepJet → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app, to remove local data. Removing local data does not automatically delete records already sent to service providers. Apple and Google manage device backups separately.
Subscriptions and store records
Deleting data or uninstalling PrepJet does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel in Google Play subscriptions or Apple’s subscription settings. The store may retain transaction records under its own policies and legal obligations.
