Terms of Use

Effective September 8, 2026. These terms apply when you use PrepJet.

Agreement

By downloading or using PrepJet, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”). If these terms conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA controls.

The service

PrepJet provides SAT practice questions, explanations, progress tools, and home screen widgets for personal educational use. PrepJet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board. SAT® is a trademark registered by the College Board.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid auto-renewing subscription. Available plans, prices, billing periods, and any free-trial terms are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in Apple’s subscription settings. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Acceptable use

You may use PrepJet only for lawful, personal study. You may not copy or redistribute the question bank, attempt to bypass subscription access, interfere with the app or its services, reverse engineer the app except where the law expressly permits it, or use the service in a way that harms others.

Educational disclaimer

PrepJet is a study aid. It does not guarantee a particular test score, admission result, scholarship, or other outcome. Practice content and progress estimates may contain errors or may not match every testing situation. You remain responsible for checking official test requirements and making your own educational decisions.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of PrepJet. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may depend on your device, iOS version, internet connection, App Store services, and third-party providers.

Intellectual property

PrepJet’s app, original question content, design, text, graphics, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app under the Apple EULA; they do not transfer ownership.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepJet is provided “as is” and without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to aaryan@widgetworks.in.
